Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at RSoft, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually consistent user experiences across our web and mobile products. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with and perceive our solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with product goals
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Ensure consistency in design language, components, and branding across products
Collaborate with product and engineering teams during design and development cycles
Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into design improvements
Optimize usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
Maintain and evolve the product design system
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
Attention to detail and strong visual design sense
Willingness to collaborate and iterate based on feedback
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (Design or related background preferred)
1–2 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (fresh designers with strong portfolios may apply)
