Role Overview
As a Functional Business Analyst at RSoft, you will play a key role in understanding customer business processes and translating them into functional requirements within our products. You will ensure that customer expectations are accurately captured and effectively implemented. This role works at the intersection of customers, product, and technical teams to deliver solutions that align with real-world business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
Document functional requirements, workflows, and use cases
Map business processes to existing product features and configurations
Coordinate with development and QA teams to clarify requirements
Support implementation teams during onboarding and go-live phases
Validate delivered functionality against documented requirements
Assist in continuous product improvement through customer feedback
What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand business workflows and translate them into system requirements
Clear communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Attention to detail and structured documentation approach
Basic understanding of SaaS products and business applications
Exposure to product strategy and enterprise customer workflows
Opportunity to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions
Cross-functional experience with product, engineering, and customer success teams
Strong foundation for growth into Product Management or Solution Architect roles
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (MBA / Business, IT, or related background preferred)
0–2 years of experience in business analysis
