Role Overview
As a Field Marketing Associate at RSoft, you will be responsible for on-ground outreach to potential businesses, creating awareness about our solutions and driving qualified prospects to attend product demonstrations. This role focuses purely on lead generation and brand visibility, with no involvement in pricing or commercial negotiations.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of interested prospects while representing RSoft professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential businesses through direct visits, events, and networking activities
Introduce RSoft's products and value proposition to decision-makers
Generate interest and qualify prospects for product demonstrations
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos and hand over qualified leads
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, and corporate outreach programs
Maintain accurate records of field activities and lead status
Represent the company brand with professionalism and clarity at all times
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in approaching businesses and engaging with stakeholders
Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned territories
Basic understanding of B2B products or SaaS solutions (preferred, not mandatory)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups
Hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS marketing and enterprise products
Clear career growth path into senior marketing, growth, or business roles
Opportunity to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
Training on product positioning, customer engagement, and market strategy
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (MBA / Marketing background is a plus)
1–2 years of experience in field marketing, outreach, or business promotion
Location
On-site / Field-based (as per assigned region)
