Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive at RSoft, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers by understanding business requirements and presenting the right solutions. This role involves conducting product demos, managing negotiations, and closing deals while building long-term client relationships.
You will work closely with marketing, onboarding, and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from first interaction to successful handover.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present products and services to clients in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and manage client communications.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Maintain the sales pipeline and update daily/weekly reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand business problems and position SaaS solutions effectively
Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on targets and outcomes
Basic understanding of CRM systems and B2B sales processes
Direct exposure to SaaS sales and enterprise customer handling
Clear growth path into Senior Sales, Account Management, or Leadership roles
Hands-on experience with CRM-driven sales operations
Opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a product company
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (MBA / Sales or Marketing background preferred)
0–1 year of experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales (freshers can also apply)
