Role Overview
As an International Business Development Manager at RSoft, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s global footprint by identifying and developing international markets, clients, and partnerships. This role focuses on driving overseas revenue and building long-term global relationships.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and partner teams to execute international growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets
Manage relationships with overseas clients, resellers, and partners
Drive international sales pipelines from lead generation to deal closure
Represent RSoft in international meetings, events, and virtual demos
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, compliance, and delivery
Track international sales performance and market trends
Ensure smooth onboarding and execution for international customers
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of international B2B sales and market dynamics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage cross-cultural business relationships
Experience in handling international clients or channels
Strategic mindset with execution focus
Experience & Qualification
Any graduate (MBA / International Business background preferred)
3–6 years of experience in international business development or sales
Location
On-site / Shift 12PM – 9PM
